Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging, which takes 5 - 30 days

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Once an order leaves our warehouses, standard shipping generally takes 8 - 15 business days and 2 - 6 days for express shipping.

Customs and fees

Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare a reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get any fee in an unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the fee. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by Ntbhshop.

To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
