I saw this on an Instagram and almost immediately purchased. It is Is exactly like the photos advertised, it's huge, fluffy, soft and extremely warm! It did take a month to be processed and I was skeptical at first, but it did eventually update tracking. I definitely believe that this an amazing quality jacket and recommend but keep in mind that it will take a long time to arrive. My experience was a little over 2 months, perfectly on christmas eve somehow.
As for sizing, I believe it is accurate to it's size chart, sizing up isn't absolutely necessary. However knowing what I know now I'd probably have chosen medium, don't fear the asian sizing for jackets.
For reference I'm 5'2, 120 lbs and it was a perfect oversize fit.
